Not only was Elson really patient in answering all of my questions, he also answered them promptly. Everything was great, and we were so pleased with how Andrew & team carried out the work - from the removal of our previous blinds to the installation of the new ones! We are very much obsessed with the zip blinds haha.

Why I chose Jet Engineering?

We have been overwhelm with several ZIP Track installers in SG. Everyone can do the same and it definitely boils down to just price point. Or is it not? In my case, the price quoted between installers are "about" the same. There are some definitely much lower and there are quotes much higher.

Thru the pre-sales engagement, Elson and Andrew is not pushing. They shown patience in demonstrating their products and provide assurance on their after sales service. After installation, the ZIP Track functions well as it would be with no hiccups.

On a rare occasion, I totally forgotten my laundry rack on protruding out. While lowering the zip track, it caught the laundry rack and stopped there. When I came to realise and remove the laundry rack, the ZIP track unable to lower all the down. I called Jet Engrg for help. It was an instant over the phone guidance which resolve the issues immediately. They also forward me a video help in case I need to use it again.

This is the kind of after sales service that I look forward too. Thanks. :-)

Top quality blinds and follow-up service.

We had 7 blinds installed on our rooftop to keep out the rain and protect our furniture.

We had issues with one of the blinds but they came back to resolve it.

Not sure about effectiveness but the team was very messy and did not ask for my permission before they used my floor mats to clean the floor. They did not consider the bed was in the space they were going to work on - did not ask if should move the bed.

Be prepared to do a massive cleanup after they leave.

This is the second time I have engaged Jet Engrg Solutions for the zip track solution. The work was well carried out and the after-sales support team was also very helpful in case of small fixes. Highly recommended for someone who is looking for a zip track solution.

Thanks Elson, Andrew & your 2 workers for the efficient installation of our Jettrack today.

The installation team arrived before 10am & all completed & cleaned up by 3pm.

We are very happy with the good service & enjoying our makeover balcony 👍😇

1st meetup with Elson on 31st Jul 2022 for Jettrack demo, onsite measurement on 2nd Aug & installation on 16 Aug.

The whole process was fast & smooth & took less than 3 weeks!

4 other companies we checked with required minimum 2-month waiting time between order confirmation/1st payment & installation/balance payment

Was assisted by their Sale Rep Elson who went down to my house for site measurements. Gave the best advise and value added information. Fast and smooth transactions. On day of installation, Andrew and Saiful did the fastest, smooth and hassle free job in installing my zip track. Came at 10am, finished 70% of the job by noon! I’m surprise on their skills in fixing the Zip track.. by 4 pm all was done and cleaned thoroughly… kudos to Elson and team for the efficient job done and best price given! Would recommend Jet for the best self manufactured zip track.

Engage Jet Engrg 1st week of Sep for quotation to install zip blind at my balcony area, Elson come down on 2nd week, and installation by the team done on 4th week of Sep. Services from engaging till installation quite professional with advise and option which material to use. Response was fast and price is reasonable among those I have compare. Quality of work satisfying. Recommend for those who want to install zip blind.

I have enquired a few others before I engaged Jet Engrg for my home ziptrak blinds installation. My first meet you with Elson was a great one. He is a very patient, reasonable and knowledgeable man and also very responsive to my queries.
The installation went well and smooth with a quick 2 days and everything works so well. Now my house will not be afraid of heavy rain anymore.

Jet Engineering had helped me to achieve what i need for my home within my budget.
The blinds has flexibility of closing for heavy rain. Almost no rain splash in to my patio wood deck.
I like the idea on any day, it can be fully or partially open or fully shut .
Now my home can be made more cozy.
Jet Engineering performed good quality work for both awning shelter and blinds.
The team has very good attitude and responsible to follow up very quickly to patch any leaks found along the way after installing. Even though some are existing leaks which are out of their scope.
I am happy with the project done.

Very glad to have Jet Engrg to take care of this job. I stayed at hi-floor mansionette. Its a 4.5m meter ceiling height that i need to install zip track. Very challenging and dangerous work with working space constraint due to layout of my yard. But they did it with ease.
I highly recommend Jet Engrg to whoever looking for such service.
Not only did they do a good job, they are also very pro by trying their best to take care of your area and to not mess things up.

Searching for sellers in Carousell and chat with Elson. Price quoted is veri reasonable after comparison with other sellers. Prompt reply and service from him too. Installation is smooth though have to wait more den a month for fabrication to be done due to Covid period (understandable). Overall, highly recommended to get his service. 👍

The whole process from getting a fee quote, getting to know the materials / product, and the installation process was efficient and fuss-free - great service especially in the current climate. The final product is easy to use, and looks great!
